Official Rules:
- Visit a location above to enter in-person.
- No purchase necessary.
- One entry per person.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must be a legal resident of Virginia at the time of entering.
- No entries from business entities accepted.
- Odds of winning based on the number of eligible entries received.
- All entries must be received by December 31, 2018.
- Must subscribe to our email during the entire event.
- Any information collected from the entry form is to be used for marketing purposes only for Charles Barker Automotive.
- Charles Barker Automotive will not sell or provide a participant's information to any third party, except as necessary for the administration of the promotion or as required by law or legal process.

- Void where prohibited by law.
- Winners do not need to be present to win at time of drawing.
- If prize is not claimed by January 5, 2019, another winner will be selected.
- The prize is non-transferable and prize substitution will not be allowed.
- The prize is considered taxable income, and the winner will be solely responsible for all insurance, state and local taxes, title and registration fees. Winner will receive an IRS 1099 form reflecting the amount they receive as a prize.
- Winners to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility allowing the winners to legally declare their eligibility to win.
- By entering this contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Charles Barker Automotive, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, expense, cost, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise in connection with the contest, or resulting from acceptance and/or use of any prize, travel to or from any prize related activity, participation in this contest, and from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage.
- Charles Barker Automotive reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules or any laws.
- Employees of Charles Barker Automotive, their advertising agencies, their vendors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, siblings, children, stepparents, stepchildren, grandparents and grandchildren.
- Approximate Retail Value: 2018 Lexus NX up to $39,906, 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA up to $36,115 and 2018 Toyota Camry up to $26,674, less any incentive that may be in place at the time of the giveaway or RDR of the vehicle.
- Drawing to be held on January 1, 2019.
- Winners agree to sign a public publicity release for Charles Barker Automotive to use your name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
