"The Everyday" at Charles Barker Automotive (Byrd Family)

We wanted to share a review written by a "future customer", Thank you to the Byrd Family for such kind words written about Charles Barker's own Matt Braswell, Dazzmond and "Toot".

"I recently had a wonderful emergency service experience with your dealership. My truck had stalled (found out later gas gauge wasn't working properly) because the car had run out of gas. It stopped on Laskin Rd. near your dealership. My 12 year old son and myself walked to your dealership to see if they could help us. Triple A would have taken an hour to get to us. I went into your used car center and your salesperson Matthew Braswell was working. After explaining what happened he said he'd be happy to see what he could do to help and called on the service center. Your service employees Dazzmond and "Toot" came to the front, where I was waiting, with a gas can. They even went and got me enough gas to get me to the nearest gas station!! They brought the gas to my vehicle and put it in for me. I thanked them and got ready to leave, but my vehicle wouldn't start!!! Dazzmond ran back to the dealership and got a "jump box"; they hooked it up and got my car started for me. They followed me to make sure my son and I made it to the station safely and got gas. Please give them some kind of recognition for their concern and their willingness to help.


Thank you so much for hiring such caring people at your dealership. I am not personally a customer of Charles Barker, YET! But, in the next few months we will be shopping for a second family vehicle, and we will definitely be sure to come to your dealership on Laskin Road. If that is the service you get when you're not a customer, I can't wait to see the services when you are!!!With deepest gratitude and thanks,
